Sudoku is an interesting game. It involves many algorithms. How can we predict the difficulty of a Sudoku puzzle as soon as we see it? This is a research topic that we are very interested in. We have developed an Android cloud Sudoku game to collect relevant data from players in hopes of completing this research. In the future, we hope to design a Sudoku app that provides puzzles of different difficulty levels based on the players' abilities, making the gaming experience more enjoyable.

Introductions

Sudoku is a game that can train spatial awareness and logical thinking, making it suitable for people of all ages. With the widespread use of mobile devices, playing Sudoku on mobile devices has become more convenient. We hope to conduct the following academic research through Sudoku games on mobile devices:

Sudoku Difficulty Prediction: In this research, we aim to design an artificial intelligence classifier that can accurately predict the difficulty level of Sudoku puzzles based on their arrangement.
Player Capability Analysis: Through statistical analysis of the collected data, we intend to analyze the proficiency level of each player in playing Sudoku. We will also cross-reference this information with the time taken to solve puzzles, aiming to predict the completion time of a game for a particular player.

By conducting these research studies, we aim to further understand the intricacies of Sudoku puzzles, player abilities, and the relationship between puzzle arrangement and difficulty, thereby enhancing the overall gaming experience.

Sudoku APIs

We provides Sudoku APIs for developers who are intrested in developing Sudoku software or applications. The APIs are free with the limits below:

Provides a link to this a page or Google Play Store Cloud Sudoku。
Submit the time for solving each problem to our server when a puzzle is solved.

The API is a JSON format string, including game number, game and soluting patter. Example URL
